Our service terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the WhatToWearBaby app for mobile devices that was created by Furkan Hidayet Alkan as a Free service. Please read carefully before using the Application.

Important Notice

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.

  • Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application is strictly prohibited
  • Extracting source code or creating derivative versions are not permitted
  • All trademarks and intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider

Service Description

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

  • Expo - Development and deployment platform
  • Sentry - Error tracking and monitoring
  • RevenueCat - In-app purchase management
  • Each service has its own Terms and Conditions

User Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any charges, including data usage and roaming charges.

Device Security

  • The Service Provider strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone
  • Such actions could expose your phone to malware and viruses
  • May compromise your phone's security features
  • May result in the Application not functioning correctly

Data and Internet Usage

  • Some functions require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
  • You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage
  • Roaming data charges may apply when used outside home territory
  • Ensure you have permission from bill payer if device is not yours

Service Limitations

The Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects of the Application usage:

Limitations of Liability

  • Application not functioning due to lack of Wi-Fi access or exhausted data allowance
  • Your device running out of battery and inability to access the Service
  • Information provided by third parties may not always be updated and accurate
  • Any loss, direct or indirect, from relying on Application functionality

Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

Protected Rights

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted.

Personal Data

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application.

Liability Limitations

In terms of the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure that it is updated and accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information.

Service Provider is Not Responsible For

  • Application not functioning at full capacity due to lack of internet access
  • Data charges from your mobile provider during connection to the application
  • Device battery depletion preventing access to the Service
  • Any loss from relying entirely on the Application's functionality

Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system.

Application Updates

You will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you.

Service Termination

The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.

The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

Subscription & Billing

WhatToWearBaby offers premium features through auto-renewable subscription plans:

Subscription Plans

  • Monthly plan: Auto-renews monthly at the price displayed at time of purchase
  • Annual plan: Auto-renews yearly at the price displayed at time of purchase
  • Pricing varies by region and is shown in your local currency before purchase
  • All prices include applicable taxes

Billing & Renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • No commitment required - cancel anytime before renewal

Managing Your Subscription

  • Subscriptions can be managed in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

Premium Features

Premium subscribers get access to advanced features including location-based weather forecasts, AI-powered daily tips, smart notification scheduling, and unlimited baby profiles.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer law protections remain unaffected.

These terms and conditions are effective as of November 3, 2025
